Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Supervisor to lead our construction projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring that all activities adhere to safety standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise all site operations for construction projects.
  • Manage on-site teams and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress.
  • Resolve any site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Monitor the quality of work completed and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all project-related activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with all parties involved.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Project Management qualification is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
