Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be adept in project planning, execution, and team management. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines, collaborating with architects and engineers.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Review project as-built drawings to ensure compliance with initial plans and specifications.
• Evaluate contractor performance and recommend changes based on performance metrics.
• Compile and submit project documentation and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project management

Certifications
