Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be adept in project planning, execution, and team management. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and delays, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
