In this role, you will be instrumental in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Implement strategies to foster employee engagement and improve retention.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related fields
