Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.
• Create and maintain a talent pool for potential future roles.
• Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment marketing material.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• At least 4 years in recruitment or HR roles
