We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, open to both corporate and individual clients, ensuring compliance with South African law and regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews of contractual agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions with third parties.
Provide strategies for dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Lead consultations with clients to ensure understanding of legal obligations.
Develop policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Mentor junior lawyers and interns within the firm.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Master’s degree in Law or relevant specialization is an advantage
