Job Description

Join us as a Time Clock Inspector, where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and proper functioning of timekeeping systems across various sectors. This pivotal role involves inspecting time clocks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed audits on timekeeping systems.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement new timekeeping software solutions.
  • Ensure that timekeeping practices comply with South African labor regulations.
  • Train employees on best practices for clocking in and out.
  • Investigate and resolve any employee concerns regarding timekeeping inaccuracies.
  • Prepare and distribute educational materials on timekeeping compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping, labor compliance, or a related field
