Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives and manage talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support management with employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Manage employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Provide support during employee exits and conduct exit interviews.
  • Coordinate health and safety training and compliance.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Behavioural Sciences
  • Relevant HR certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of comprehensive HR experience
