Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a knack for identifying talent and an understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for various roles across the organization.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.
  • Conduct behavioral and situational interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to refine job postings and attract suitable talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report on recruitment performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the application process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment
