Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer relations and skilled in managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, representing their needs within the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide resources to enhance customer utilization of products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support customer renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Utilize customer success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer engagement processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years working in customer success or account management
