Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will handle various support channels including phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolutions to various customer challenges.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers.
  • Assist in training new support team members.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Advantageous
