Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients in Durban. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and renewal rates are maximized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for driving engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess success.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and the organization.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes and best practices.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources for clients.
  • Address any potential churn risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is advantageous.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles in tech companies.
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Customer Feedback Tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey)

Certifications
  • Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM)
