We are seeking a detailed-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of payroll practices and regulations, along with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Manage end-of-month payroll processing to meet deadlines.
Ensure the timely distribution of employee payslips.
Monitor and report on payroll budget variances.
Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
Assist in the year-end financial audits in relation to payroll.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll workflows.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Preferably with further studies in payroll management
Experience
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
