Job Description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of payroll practices and regulations, along with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-of-month payroll processing to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure the timely distribution of employee payslips.
  • Monitor and report on payroll budget variances.
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Assist in the year-end financial audits in relation to payroll.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll workflows.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Preferably with further studies in payroll management
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
