Job Description

We're seeking a meticulous Payroll Systems Analyst to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective payroll systems that meet the organization’s needs.
  • Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to payroll.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements for payroll software.
  • Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Create user documentation and training materials related to payroll processes.
  • Liaise with banking institutions for payroll processing.
  • Facilitate monthly payroll meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze payroll data for trends and issues to present to management.
  • Assist employees with payroll queries and concerns.
  • Update payroll policies to reflect current legislation changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree or additional certification in Payroll Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience with payroll systems and compliance
