Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment drives and manage talent pipelines.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Implement employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with employee training and development planning.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends related to HR.
  • Support succession planning and talent development strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
Experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience in recruitment and employee relations
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with Employee Training Programs: Knowledge in developing employee training and development programs.
