Job Description

As a Field Manager, you will oversee daily operations and coordinate a team of workers in various locations. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a keen ability to motivate employees to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations of the field team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field management or a related field
