Job Description

We're searching for a dedicated Remote Customer Support Agent to assist our clients with their queries. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective support to enrich their experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating services and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Help Desk Software
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and product support

Languages
  • English: Fluent
