Job Description

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries and resolving issues effectively. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure every interaction is positive and helpful.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
