Job Description

Our growing HR department is seeking an Employee Compensation Manager. This role involves designing compensation programs that align with our business goals while promoting employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage a competitive compensation package that aligns with our corporate strategy.
  • Conduct audits of compensation policies and practices.
  • Analyze job descriptions to ensure alignment of pay with responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address compensation-related performance issues.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff regarding compensation practices.
  • Assist in the development of communication strategies to explain compensation changes to staff.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices.
  • Monitor salary progression and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee the compensation review processes and annual salary increase budgets.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on compensation structure.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • CIPD or similar certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in compensation management or HR related roles
