Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HR team, implementing effective HR policies, and enhancing organizational culture. We're looking for a proactive leader with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate training programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR issues and updates.
  • Foster a positive employer-employee relationship.
  • Support change management initiatives within the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
