Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries and providing support via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate shipments based on demand and availability.
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure timely product availability.
  • Implement cost-saving measures in the logistics process.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the logistics chain.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in Logistics or Business Management is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years in logistics management with supervisory experience
