Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer engagement initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing client relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Prepare and present customer performance reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer service processes.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align customer goals with company offerings.
  • Provide training and support to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Develop resources and documentation to empower customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success
