Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with Salesforce: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for managing customer relationships.
• Background in IT support: Prior experience in an IT support role is beneficial.
