Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy and respect.
  • Follow guidelines for handling difficult customers to achieve resolution.
  • Keep track of customer feedback and report common issues.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics set by management.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively.
  • Help develop a culture of service excellence within the company.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Certificate in Customer Service is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
