Responsibilities

• Conduct negotiations for complex commercial contracts.
• Manage legal risks and advise management on potential legal implications.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide input on legal matters.
• Draft and implement internal policies related to compliance and risk management.
• Mentor junior legal staff and provide guidance on legal issues.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or higher legal qualification
• Postgraduate legal qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a legal role with corporate focus

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
