Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice to our clients, ensuring compliance with South African laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory matters and compliance issues.
• Interpret laws and regulations and apply them accordingly.
• Facilitate communication between clients and legal authorities.
• Help manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Support business operations with sound legal advice.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance legal expertise.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal policies.

Requirements

Education

• LLM or specialization in Corporate Law is beneficial
• Relevant legal certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of legal experience in a corporate setting
