Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to outline candidate profiles.
• Foster strong relationships with talent communities and industry networks.
• Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to management.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Attend career fairs and networking events to source candidates.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation in the market.
• Train junior consultants in best recruitment practices.
• Conduct salary benchmarking to inform client negotiations.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR functions

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Use of Assessment Tools: Experience in using psychometric assessments for candidate evaluation.
• Languages Skills: Bilingual abilities preferably in African languages.
