• Supervise hotel staff and ensure all departments operate cohesively.
• Review and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in managing merchandise and inventory control.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure the hotel is in top condition.
• Help create and maintain budgets, monitoring expenditures.
• Actively participate in crisis management and emergency procedures.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.
• Contribute to hotel marketing strategies and promotional efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Guest Relations Management Skilled in enhancing guest experiences and managing feedback.
• Staff Management Proven ability to lead and mentor hotel staff.
• Budgeting Experience in financial planning and analyzing hotel budgets.
• Leadership Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork.
• Communication Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to resolve issues promptly.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• Food Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is highly beneficial.
• Experience in event planning and coordination: Expertise in managing events to enhance guest experiences.
