Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves various on-site tasks including operating machinery, preparing work areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Ideal candidates are hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the layout and marking of construction sites.
• Operate various construction machinery safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Work with contractors and other laborers to complete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local construction codes and regulations.
• Provide support in the installation of various structures.
• Monitor and handle materials during the project execution.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in civil engineering or related field is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using construction tools
• Basic mathematical skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
