Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will effectively collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, implement talent acquisition strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Review and analyze CVs, job applications, and portfolios.
• Stay updated with industry trends and shifts in the job market to adapt recruitment strategies.
• Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Leverage data to assess recruitment strategies and enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

• Recruitment Software

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or equivalent certification
• Certified Talent Management Practitioner

• English: Fluent
