Job Description

In the role of Healthcare Administrator, your expertise will ensure the seamless running of healthcare operations. Your efforts will lead to enhanced patient experiences, streamlined administrative tasks, and a strong focus on achieving compliance with all health regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions of the healthcare practice.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring efforts for administrative positions.
  • Coordinate with external partners for service delivery enhancements.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at improving patient experience.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in healthcare documentation.
  • Plan and execute staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor quality assurance practices across the facility.
  • Implement clinical protocols and operational policies.
  • Support the director in strategic planning and implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years in healthcare or hospital administration
