Job Description

As a Medical Doctor in our Cape Town facility, you will play a pivotal role in patient care by diagnosing and treating various medical conditions. Ideal candidates should be dedicated to improving health outcomes and have excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct preventive health screenings and immunizations.
  • Consult with specialists when necessary for complex conditions.
  • Educate patients on medication management and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Review and update patient health records regularly.
  • Support clinical research initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in hospital committees and community health programs.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide mentorship to junior medical staff.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field is advantageous
