Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will take charge of developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with senior management to align human resources with organizational goals, spearheading initiatives aimed at talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs.
  • Advise management on HR policies and employee issues.
  • Monitor and ensure HR compliance and best practices.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources
