Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our operations, tackling diverse customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. You’ll handle queries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Care or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or call center environment
