Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Administer IV medications and treatments as needed.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Address patient concerns and provide emotional support.
• Evaluate and report changes in patient condition effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• BSc in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a clinical environment preferred.

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Conversational

• Advanced certification in a nursing specialty: Certification in a specialized area of nursing will enhance your application.
