Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineer to design and improve mechanical systems. You’ll collaborate with a team of engineers on all phases of product development, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors.
• Perform risk assessments and apply mitigation strategies.
• Implement and enforce engineering standards and protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder presentations.
• Document engineering procedures and maintain a robust archive of work.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• English: Fluent
