Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Store Operations Lead to oversee all operational aspects of our stores. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal efficiency, leading a team to deliver exceptional service and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience in-store.
  • Supervise and mentor store management teams to ensure adherence to operational goals.
  • Review and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Enhance visual merchandising standards to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics for smooth operations.
  • Organize training sessions for staff to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in-store.
  • Strategize and execute contingency plans for operational challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
