Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with technical issues, ensuring they receive timely support and solutions. You should have a strong understanding of technical systems, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues for clients by working through various troubleshooting steps.
