Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our products and services with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to our services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a call centre environment
