Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries across various communication channels.
  • Provide support for customer account inquiries and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while handling customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their feedback and needs.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives within the customer support team.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma in Marketing or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support roles
