Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor in Cape Town, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact point for customer inquiries.
  • Quickly address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Help create a positive work environment for team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support customers through the online platform and other channels.
  • Advocate for the customer’s needs within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • A degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
