Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to our clients, resolving queries and issues through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
