Responsibilities

• Identify common electric razor faults and troubleshoot effectively.
• Perform quality checks post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on maintenance and care of electric razors.
• Input data for invoicing and tracking repairs.
• Help innovate and improve repair processes.
• Participate in skill development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with the management team on repair procedures.
• Assist in inventory management for tools and parts.
• Monitor customer feedback for service improvement.
• Support the service manager in administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in Appliance Repair or similar field is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical appliance repairs

Technical Skills

• Technical Knowledge of Appliance Repair
• Use of Diagnostic Tools

Certifications

• Appliance Repair Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
