We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers succeed and will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving product adoption. Responsibilities

  • Create tailored success plans to align with customer goals.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on customer issues to mitigate future risks.
  • Participate in customer reviews and advocate for client needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field
  • Master's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related fields.
