Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town team. This role is critical in guiding our clients to maximize the value from our products and services while building long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and a knack for understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for customer engagement and success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customer interactions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop customer success stories.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans.
  • Train clients on product features to maximize their utilization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Customer Experience is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the tech industry.
