We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Generalist to assist in various HR functions, including employee onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance matters. Responsibilities

• Guide recruitment efforts, from job descriptions to candidate onboarding.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of HR policies.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster communication.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment.
• Develop and manage training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation for auditing purposes.
• Enhance the employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
• Conduct research on compensation and benefits benchmarking.
• Build an employee wellness program to support employee health.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
