Looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll manage production workflows, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling activities.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources and equipment.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments.
• Develop training programs for staff skill enhancement.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for material procurement.
• Prepare production reports for management review.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing/production role
