Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Intellectual Property Analyst to assist in managing our clients' intellectual property portfolios. The successful candidate will have experience in IP law and be proficient in conducting thorough research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard clients' innovations.
• Perform market and competitor analysis related to IP rights.
• Help develop and implement compliance programs for clients.
• Organize and maintain IP files and databases.
• Assist in dispute resolution involving IP issues.
• Engage with external legal counsel where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Postgraduate qualification in IP Law is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing IP portfolios for clients

• Drafting Contracts
• IP Strategy Development

Certifications

• Certified IP Professional (CIPP)
• Legal Practice Course (LPC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
