Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team and help create artisanal breads and pastries. If you have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily baking schedules to meet production goals.
  • Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to enhance product variety.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all baked goods.
  • Support team efforts in maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding supply needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school education is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in baking or kitchen production
Technical Skills
  • Dough preparation

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with pastry arts: Experience in advanced pastry techniques for elaborate pastries.
