• Plan and execute daily baking schedules to meet production goals.
• Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to enhance product variety.
• Conduct regular quality checks on all baked goods.
• Support team efforts in maintaining a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding supply needs.

• Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
• Degree in culinary arts is an advantage
• Bread making Extensive experience in artisan bread making techniques.
• Pastry creation Proficient in creating various pastries and desserts.
• Food safety regulations Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Attention to detail Meticulous in producing high-quality baked goods.
• Teamwork Works well in a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Creativity Innovative in recipe development and product design.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with pastry arts: Experience in advanced pastry techniques for elaborate pastries.
• Exposure to international baking styles: Knowledge of baking styles from various cultures.
