Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused attitude, prepared to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer service or related experience preferred
