Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager in Durban to lead our client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in resolving challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Develop a customer training program that supports product usage and familiarity.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure smooth transitions from sales to support.
  • Monitor client performance metrics to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 4+ years in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software

Certifications
  • Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans or Zulu is a plus.
